Our beautiful New Style - The Mona Mini Dress

Really high neckline, with ruched bust panel and back, long balloon sleeves that gather at the cuffs. It is a short length dress with with a lovely frill hem.

The chest is elasticated so it can fit a range of sizes.

Wear free and flowing or add a nice vintage waist belt to cinch. Would look lovely in winter with a waistcoat and boots!
